Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority here at Paradox Vapes.
You must be 18 or over to purchase anything from our site. We reserve the right to request evidence of age before we fulfil your order.
Please read our terms carefully before placing any orders with us. These terms outline who we are, how you or we will change or end the agreement between us, what steps to take if there is a problem and how you can contact us or how we will contact you in the event that we need to do so.
How to contact us:
You can get in touch via email for any queries, questions, or general information about anything related to our website, business or any orders.
If we have to contact you, we will use the telephone number, email address or physical address that you provide at the point of order.
Once we have accepted your order, you will be notified with a confirmation email from Paradox Vapes.
Once we accept your order, you will be assigned an order number. Please make note of this and use it when contacting us for any reason. This ensures we can locate your order details in a timely manner.
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason (product out of stock, we suspect that you are under 18 years of age, you are not a UK resident) we will notify you by email and you will not be charged.
At this time we are only able to fulfil orders for UK residents. Please do not try to order from us if you are outside of the UK.
We are prevented by law from selling e-cigarettes and related products to anybody under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof before processing any orders if we have reason to believe that you are not of legal age to purchase from us.
The product images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and while we make every effort to display the colours accurately, certain variables may make colours of kits and liquids look slightly different in person (ie. the viewers screen).
Product packaging may vary from what is displayed on the website. This is because the manufacturers are always amending the packaging they use. This is not a valid reason for you to want to return a product.
We recommend you read any instructions/manuals before using a product, with all e-cigarette products there are some safety risks associated with their use. Please contact us if you need any help.
Your rights to make changes to your order:
If you wish to amend your order, please notify us at your earliest convenience and we will inform you if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will inform you of any changes in price to your order, the timing of supply or anything else related to the changes you would like to make. We will then ask you to confirm that you want to go ahead with these changes. If we are unable to make the change, or the results of the change are unacceptable for you, you reserve the right to cancel your order.
Our rights to make changes:
We reserve the right to change the provided products to reflect changes to the legal and regulatory requirements, and to make minor technical adjustments and improvements to said products.
Providing the products:
Delivery costs will be clearly displayed on our website.
We will let you know when we will provide the products to you within the order process, and we will deliver the goods to you as soon as is reasonably possible.
All orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be processed that same day.
If the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we take these steps, we will not be liable for the delays caused by said outside event. Should there be a risk of a substantial delay, you reserve the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any products that you have paid for which have been unable to be delivered.
The product becomes your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you provided to us. You become the legal owner of the product when we dispatch it to you.
Your rights depend on whether there is anything wrong with the product you have bought, how we have acted and the date you decide to cancel.
If the product you've bought is faulty or not as described, you may have the legal right to have the product replaced or to have a full or partial refund.
If you change your mind within the cooling off period (30 days from the date of delivery) you may be able to get a refund. This may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods. If you have changed your mind, to get a refund products must be fully sealed, in original packaging. Products that do not meet this criteria may not be eligible for any refund.
For most products bought online, if you are a UK resident, you have the legal right of 30 days to change your mind and return the product for a full refund. Due to vaping products being hygienically sealed for health and safety purposes - if you decide to exercise this right the products must still be in the safety sealed packaging for you to be eligible for a refund.
You have 30 days after the day you, or somebody you nominate received the goods to change your mind about your order, unless your goods arrive in several deliveries over different days. In this case, you have 30 days from the date you receive the last delivery to change your mind about your order.
We will provide a paid for return label only in the event that the product you receive is faulty or is not as described. In all other cases, you must pay for the returns cost.
Errors or shortages in your order must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery for us to be able to process getting the correct items sent out to you.
If returning any products to us for any reason, it is your responsibility to ensure said products are securely packaged. If the items received by us are damaged in any way (including the packaging) we reserve the right to make deductions to any eligible refunds to reflect the product not being returned in the same condition that it was sent out in.
All of these policies refer to hardware only, liquids are sold as seen due to being a consumable item, and as such are not eligible for any refund or replacement.
Price and Payment:
All product prices are inclusive of VAT and will be indicated on the payment page when you place your order.
There is the possibility that, despite our best efforts, some products on our website may be incorrectly priced. We aim to regularly check prices before accepting orders, so that in the event a product has been placed on our website with an incorrect price we can amend your order accordingly. If the product is priced lower than it should be, we will contact you before processing your order and inform you of any amendments before proceeding.
We accept payment by PayPal (who, in turn, allow payment by most Visa and MasterCard card types). Payment must be received in full before your order can be dispatched.
Loss or Damages:
We can not be held liable for any business losses. We only supply products for private and domestic use. If you use products for commercial or re-sale purposes, we have no liability to you for any loss in profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
